Forge is Squared's hands-on learning program. Each edition, we pick one skill and go deep — with a small cohort of people who are serious about making things. Digital skills, physical crafts, and everything in between.
Most programs teach you things. Forge makes you do things. Every session has a theme, a task, and an expectation. You show up, you learn, and you leave with something made.
It's intense because making things is intense. But you're not doing it alone — your cohort is right there with you, struggling and shipping and figuring it out together.
By the end of each edition, you'll have a body of work. Real things you made. Not just knowledge in your head — proof you can do the thing.
Forge 1.0 is built around one question: can you build a brand? Not just think about one — but actually construct it. Every session in this cohort goes from insight to deliverable.
Here's exactly what happens each session. No vague "you'll learn lots of stuff." This is the plan.
I've been wanting to build things for two years. Forge actually made me do it. Week two I shipped my first designed thing and the cohort went crazy in the group chat. That feeling kept me going for the rest of the program.
Everyone who joined Forge came in saying "I've been meaning to start." Nobody left saying that. You can't leave without having built something. The structure forces your hand in the best way.
I thought I needed to be "ready" before I could show my work. Forge week 3 destroyed that belief. I posted something half-finished and got more response than anything I'd ever published.
